Hi! I’m Helen.

I’m a 40-year old woman who loves to live her life with fun and exciting challenges! Past challenges include: becoming a American Ninja Warrior, competing as a weightlifter, swimming an ice mile, swimming marathons, rock climbing V8s, racing Mini Coopers, training a therapy dog, being a business owner, making pottery, being a Big Sister in Big Brother/Big Sister organization, and learning to be a pilot.

My current challenge is: Travel to All 7 Wonders of the World!
